I'm south of the border (WAY south) living in Santiago, Chlie. Hopefully this blog will help keep my family and friends updated on my life down here. The likelihood of someone reading this who is not family or a friend is slim... BUT if you fall under that category then welcome! Look around! I'm new at this so any suggestions are welcomed :)

And a note about Ads... I find ads to be a bit pesky on blogs. I do have ads on my blog, but I try to make them as inconspicuous as possible. I recently started using Skimlinks, which is a much less invasive form of advertising. The way it works is I link to products that I would normally link to, but I use a slightly different code. If people click on the link and buy the product then I might get a small commission. So basically you may get some cool new toy and I might get like $2. Not bad, right? I don't expect skimlinks to make me all sorts of money (and to be clear, I don't expect my blog to make me all sorts of money), but it's nice to have a little bit of extra income so I can travel around South America and show you guys more cool stuff from my adventures! Anyways I  just wanted to be be transparent and disclose that I do make some (and by some I mean hardly any) money from my blog posts and I'm grateful to anyone who takes the time to read my silly little musings!
